Process flow summery

The process flow of the UV light irradiated cable cross-linking equipment is to use ultraviolet light as the radiation source, extruding the mixed light-crosslinked polyolefin ingredients on the conductive wire core, and then immediately enter the special irradiation equipment to do light crosslinking in molten state. Then after cooling treatments at different temperatures and other subsequent processing to obtain photo-crosslinked polyolefin insulated wire and cable products.

The UV-irradiated cable cross-linking equipment only needs to be slightly modified on the original ordinary extrusion production line. By adding the upper traction, irradiation box, and electrical control cabinet in a small area to meet the use requirements to produce UV radiation cross-linked polyethylene wire and cable products.
